We ate the first "happy pancakes" ️It was so fluffy and delicious.I tried simple things, but it would be more delicious to have toppings, so next time I'm going to order toppings.The inside of the store was quite crowded, but it came sooner than I thought, and the clerk's feeling was polite and good.ま で I've been a feast✨

We have ordered 5 different types of pancakes, some with ice cream, others with fresh fruits and one with nuts. All orders fulfilled our request for an afternoon snack. Services were good.

same place as a happy pancake. went early and didnt need to wait for a table. 20 min for the pancake as advised by the staff and many many signs. english menu available. plain was the best! glad we stopped by in our short trip to kanazawa. loved it.

Delicious pancake while in Kanazawa

It's not as big as Tokyo, and it's no longer available. (I wrote my name and sat down in the chair, but everyone stood in front of me and did not sit down and move. It seems that I just need to stand up if my name is called.) I saw it during a weekday when it was rattling.If you love thick roasted eggs, you can try it once! It is interesting because it looks like a fluffy kasufure egg. The table seats are small, but one person is fine. If you are two people, you can put luggage on the sofa seat and relax.

Next to Kanazawa train station in the Forus building 6th floor. Great ambience and food. Pancakes were great. Something different from the regular ones served in US. A little bit high on the $$$ but it's worth.

The pancake I got tea syrup granola super fluffy melt in your mouth pancakes. The flavor, texture, and the accompanying (syrup, granola, and whip cream) were great compliment (whip cream and syrup), and welcome contrast(granola). The tea syrup was amazing. They use Earl Grey tea, and it has a wonderful smooth texture despite having small tea leaves in it. I have had a few different fluffy pancakes from Rippongi, Kita-Senju, and Ginza areas, this was my favorite so far, and I have really enjoyed all of the. Highly recommend!

If you are into the fluffy Japanese deserts, you'll float in this place, fly away from the ground.Just go up to the 6th floor in Kanazawa train station mall and order the classic happy pancake, you'll thank me later. The other options are also great, by the way...

Fluffy pancakes are not too sweet (usual taste). Worth trying.

I went around 18 o'clock and it was empty so I put it in line.Pancakes are about 10 minutes after ordering.Fluffy and delicious.Three of them were moderate, but I was nervous.But maybe a little syrup? I think.

Delicious pancake, better than in HK

This is typical Japanese style pancake. Very fluffy and spongy, with chunks of hazelnuts and fruits sprinkled on top. Do not expect the hot cakes the same as you have in the US. Definitely worth a try. Reasonably priced less than ¥1000 for the original flavor to ¥1700 for the speciality.

One of the best dessert i've tried in japan during my trip. This is not a standard pancake id you hope the traditionnal american pancakes you can go away. This one is particular and specifique of the japanese way of cooking. It's light, soft tasty and incredibly fluffly. If you ever look some manga like "shokugeki no soma" or if you are interested bout some japanese cooking tv show you won't be surprised like some guys in the previous advices.It was a good surprise to find a restaurnt serving happy and fluffy pancakes in kanazawa. :)

Super delicious fluffly pancakes with good toppings

Japanese pancakes are a little bit polarizing. Some people think they’re amazing, others that they are just fluffy tasteless eggs. Do NOT go to this place expecting a delicious version of the American breakfast food. It’s more spongy and fluffy than that. This place is very cute, the food is presented well, the people are nice, and sometimes the lines are long. All of the pancakes look tasty but my advice would be to make sure you order one with a lot of additional flavors you like, such as chocolate syrup or fresh fruit. The pancake by itself doesn’t have much flavor and it has a very light texture, but with sugar and fruit the overall effect is great if you like sweets!Note: this place is on the sixth floor in the middle, just ride up the escalators until you get there.
